About Us
Festival organisers in the Borough of Scarborough came together in 2005 to form the Yorkshire Coast Festivals
Association (YCFA) – an association run by festival organisers for festival organisers. Major festivals, together
with a huge variety of smaller festivals and events are represented, from regattas to agricultural shows, cricket,
folk and jazz, and from film to literature and drama.
